Well, saying goonight for you now bc today was a big bad day, I hurt my shoulder other day, and continue doing exercises, so today waaaas hell, but went to my doctor, and now I'm fine! YAY I also take care of my hips bc the heavy squats, but everything was great, just needed some extra movements to solve (posted on IG stories for those who wants to see)!
Also, I needed to see my family, some stuff happened with them (I can't tell you bc it's very personal to them), but my mom needed me, my dad as well, so my day was kinda freak, I'll sleep and rest, and tomorrow will be better <3
