βΊ this weekend was the father's day and I spent the saturday training and preparing the new photoshoots for you (idk but I had TONS of new ideas and now I have a schedule for the entire 2022, ahha sooooooooo happy yo see the creativity working again haha)
and the sunday I spent with my family and we asked pizza haha yay! and we planted some stuff for my house and had lots of fun!!!
βΊ I'm posting some gym videos and pics, but I'm so sorry, I don't record much stuff, or everyday, my personal trainer do some pics, but mostly are me suffering ahahah and soooometimes we record the "last hit" haha

In the end of the photos, there's some gifs for you! I'm happy that I'm doing this "biceps exercise" (which I don't know the name in english) with 15kg now, going to 20 I hope soon ahha
And bench press (but in the machine ofc) with 60kg and with the bar with 20+the bar! For someone who couldn't bench 10kg, it's a win!
Leg or gluteo exercises I always hit waay more, but it's something we always do ahha so I'm not impressed haha ;..;
