Yesss Uncanny Valley was big time the goal here. That eldritch horror observation is interesting - I can see the connection here. That makes me big happy that some of these lines stick out for you. I feel like I try to portray a general sense of incoming dread, or just that like inherent something-is-very-much-not-right kinda vibe, and then doubt if I'm hitting that mark or not. So, yay. :D

Really nailed the Uncanny Valley effect at moments with the *slightly* robotic tone/pacing, and I loved how natural (and scarily realistic feeling) the story progressed! Maybe it's just me, but it gave "eldritch horror" energy the way it seamlessly transitioned into an unescapable, unarguable, and ultimately inevitable force taking control. With tech instead of magic, of course. Also, on top of the general pace and story I freaking love so many individual lines in your own scripts. "It's been nice meeting your mind," is one of my favorites from this particular one.
