Progress Update - April 3rd, 2022

Hey everyone! Halftilt here with another update! I'll try to keep it short -- it's mostly related to the Sex Framework and the upcoming Tentacle Mother boss (that will replace the Tendril Summoner).

Sex Framework

So, I plan on releasing the Sex Framework with the idea in mind that players may not use Lustiest Lair alongside this Framework; so once I release this thing it will reference male heroes as male and female heroes as female.

Lustiest Lair will have its own Sex Framework integrated so you won't need to download the Standalone Sex Framework and it will treat all heroes as women and reference them that way.

As far as art for the placeholder sprites for the vanilla ladies, progress has advanced, but it's been a bit slow. On that note, though. I plan on releasing the placeholder sprites with a "skin" for each vanilla lady hero. What does that mean? Well, it's probably easier to show you...

This is the Hellion skin for one of the many sex animations that will be included as a patch for the Sex Framework.
I'll be making similar edits to this animation for the remainder of the vanilla lady heroes (such as the Plague Doctor, Musketeer, Arbalest, Grave Robber, etc.).

The plan is to make these animations a patch included with the Sex Framework that can be plugged right into your heroes folders so you can jump right into sexy time with monsters and allies alike!

Tentacle Mother

I've finally got a design ready for the Tentacle Mother boss fight; and let's just say her fight will be much more hectic than the previous boss she's replacing.
I'm excited for it as she'll be getting "pregnant" and "birthing" eggs actively in the fight -- which also means that there will be a lot more eggs to deal with in this encounter; though they'll be much easier to kill and not an absolute death sentence if they hatch.

There's also going to be a lot more roaming monsters and special encounters included in this update -- think brainwashing tentacle monsters, enemies and heroes birthing hatchable eggs and roaming mind-controlled fallen adventurers. Hopefully that sounds as fun to you as it does to me!

Extra Stuff

Also, to address some "replayability" in Lustiest Lair, I'm updating each of boss quests, and making them all repeatable in the next update. So let's say you wish you could fight the Priestess, Foredoomed One, Seeding Slime or this upcoming Tentacle Mother after beating all their difficulty levels, then they'll all be repeatable and have a chance to appear once again.

I'm pumped for this next update and given the amount of content coming up and this means it's going to take a bit longer than the Priestess Update did.
