Crimson Curse:
First, for the new Crimson Curse, I'm still working on the overhaul/update. I'm putting together some new journals for the next release. I'll also be including another curio replacement, check out the new Elder Shrew:
Credit to TheLawfulSock on animating this one as well.
Other than that, I'm also working on a new monster that will be added into the Crimson Curse overhaul -- though she'll mostly be appearing outside of the courtyard to haunt and lewdify your dungeon crawls. I'll be posting teaser art for her in a future update.

Other News:
In some exciting (and unrelated to Crimson Curse) news, we've got a new monster joining the Lustiest Lair roster.
As some of you that may browse the LL sub, you've probably seen the main version of the lewd Drowned Thrall mod on their NSFW Darkest Dungeon mods thread already.
Well, with the author's permission, I took some liberties, made a few edits and will be introducing a new monster I think you'll all enjoy!
Introducing, the C*m-Filled Thrall! (name still WIP)

Attack:
Explode:
I'll likely the keep the vanilla Thrall as it is for now and make this edit into a a completely new monster that can appear in random encounters. Not sure if she'll go into the Crypts, Warrens or Cove at the moment, though.
