Upcoming Mod: Town Event Replacer

While playing Darkest Dungeon, I noticed I just keep getting spammed with the Crimson Court event on my new save. Week after week it just keeps showing up and so I thought, "This needs to be more lewd!" 

So, in an effort to "fix" this "problem", I'm commissioning art to replace each of the town events with a lewder artwork and an erotic description to accompany them. Above is the first draft of the replacer for the Crimson Court's recurring starting event! 

I'm doing a bit of photo editing on these as well, in order to try to keep these within the same "charcoal on paper" look that Darkest Dungeon does for the vanilla events.

Also, I'm planning on making a standalone version of the lewd events as a mod. The event replacer will still be a part of Lustiest Lair (so you won't have to install it twice), but if you're only interested in changing your events to be sexier without overhauling most of the game, then this mod is for you. I'm aware that players use Lustiest Lair alongside other mods and you may want a lewder experience but also to play with their male or non-gendered heroes.

On that note, going forward, I'm developing Lustiest Lair in a more modular approach so these features can be separated more easily. Right now, Lustiest Lair's dialogue, text and description changes are all within two massive XML files. Initially, this wasn't a huge deal, but going forward it'll be much easier to manage all this stuff if the files are separated into different categories -- this also will make it very simple to just pull out of Lustiest Lair into their own mods (such as monsters, trinkets, bosses, events, etc.) or if anyone wants to make their own custom changes, it'll be better organized for you!
