Kat, as the leader of the harem absorbs them to become one girl with all powers combined. It's going to be a wild ride in the final episodes. A lot of sex, a lot of drama, and some things will not be as they seem... Anastasia is already starting to play the game which will become evident at the end of Episode 4.
The character you are looking at here is the result of Kat, Jasmine, Rin, Morgan, Trixy, and Lena all becoming one. You'll meet her right at the start of Episode 4. This is not a permanent 'form' for the harem. Her main purpose is the battle with Anastasia (as you'll see). Also, don't forget about our Valkyrie - Lili. She plays a part in this.
