I'm thinking on a little context for this, maybe some people left her like that because she tried to find treasures in the sand at a lonely beach... or she felt asleep while she was sunbathing and woke up inside of it.

Edit: added the actual tickling on her poor feet... oh wait, looks like her feet are not the only ones exposed! at the back side the tentacles are having fun with her booty :p
