Welp... in one of the Leo's endings when Chase and Kudzu returns to echo to meet Leo they see Dev and Cameron in the motel parking. I think you can adapt Arches to your favourite ending (? i suppose???). Tho take that with a grain of salt.

I'd guess Flynn's route because Chase meets Dev and Cam at the end of it, but the authors stated that every route is canon which is confusing.

***Spoilers for anyone who hasn’t played the update yet****** - - - - - It’s cool to see Duke back, still crazy and psychotic as ever. Makes me wonder if we’ll see a certain bear sometime in the future. Really loving Cam and Dev, as characters themselves and the relationship between them. Artie seems pretty cool, I hope he gets some development in future updates. Question: Does anyone have any idea what route from Echo this will be playing off of? It has to be either Jenna’s or Flynn’s, but I don’t think there has been a clear indication as to which route will be considered canon for Arches. God I’m so excited for the next update! Great work as always!! P.S. I don’t know if anyone else caught this, but when Cam is alone doin his psychic shit, look in the window where the purple alien graffiti is at. And when Dev goes to find Cam, look in that window and you’ll notice it’s gone. Spooked me, but I’m glad I caught it.

Character and graphic design, story, narrative style and overall Dev and Cam's relationship. I love everything about this VN so far. Probably my favourite from The Echo Project, although it's a close call with The smoke room.

I agree with Frowst, reading Echo first definitely changes how you read Arches (in a good way).

Either could be read first, but I believe most would suggest you start with Echo. Its completed and gives a lot of information about the world.

I know it's early but it's bothering me. Cam sees an otter kid on the road when they crash the car, but according to the characters of Echo he didn't die there. So he really shouldn't be in Echo if he is who we are supposed to think he is.

Hey is it just me or does it feel like a lot of Cameron's backstory/painful memories are being blown too early? Like damn.... It's only the third update and we learned his mom committed suicide, him and his mom were druggies, He was a horrible person in the past, He found his own mom's dead body, how his mom's dream got crushed for being a astronaut, etc. Not saying these are bad backstories or anything like that, just it seems a bit much for only being on the third update.......

No matter how many times I hear it, I just let it play, that title screen music. Its just so beautiful. Ironic in something so mentally damaging LoL but if there's one thing I can say for certain...please...never replace it. Otherwise I'd have to save a build with it so when I need to sleep I can just leave it on my PC and let it play. Its too amazing

Great build!! I loved Cam inner monologue about his past issues, and that ending damn.

It was good! Definitely feel like I know more about what's going on in Dev's and Cam's heads at the moment. That ending though... Maaan, the hardest part of following an in-production VN like this is wanting so badly to know what happens next, but having to wait a good while for it. xD It never makes me happy when anyone overworks themselves though, so I can be patient even if I am super hooked.
