April under the sea
Added 2022-06-28 01:27:41 +0000 UTCi really wanted to do a sailor and pirate themed thing and who better then to give April a sailor outfi. Been planning this design in my head for the longest while and with how this one turned out really made me smile. I really liked how I did the bubbles and made the underwater effects somewhat believable.
edit* added some fishies in the BG to make it more lively

it's a really really good piece, she looks so cute in her uniform! love the light streaks and bubbles! makes me hold my breath hehehe.
