Hi! The YouTube audio library is a collection of media that YouTube has licensed for use on YouTube, but when you make a video with their music, you aren't allowed to use that music elsewhere. Some PeerTube sites are less strict about copyright but I think it's important to respect the licenses of other creators both in order to respect the creators' wishes and to ensure the site as a whole is legal and doesn't get taken down! On Diode Zone I wanted to be clear that all video uploaded should be under a well-defined Creative Commons compatible license. This leaves room to use a lot of different types of content, including fair use of works you don't otherwise own the rights of. But using YouTube's music library to make a Creative Commons video seems like a pretty clear violation of both the law and potentially of the artists' wishes.
