HRTER monthly suggest

It's basically commission but you can't control how it will become. There's no change(fix) phase. "is it good?" stuff. I will draw what you told me.
I will shortly write about weekly poll as well

Ahh sorry if it wasn't what you wanted..i thought it'd be good as a benefit for that tier. Since it is higest so far.
