Development Update #61 - August 21, 2018

There's been some interesting announcements going on over at Nvidia, they just revealed both their upcoming professional and consumer GPUs on the new Turing architecture.
This is of course an interesting and exciting time for us 3D adult game devs, because new hardware means faster and better rendering performance.
From these early news I think I'll be upgrading the workstation(s) at the Lewdlab HQ with these new RTX GPUs when software side support is ready for them. This might be the time to switch to the professional grade Quadro line, which would enable huge frame buffers (48 Gigs) to be used for giant scenes. I think Midnight Paradise and any future projects could really benefit from that. Well, that upgrade could be very expensive so I'm definitely waiting for tests and reviews.
Otherwise I have little news this week.
I'm working on quite some stuff behind the scenes that are not directly related to developing, but growing the Lewdlab HQ as a studio. These things could propel us to entirely new heights.
TLM Chapter 2 is coming out next week, and the first previews of Midnight Paradise will arrive in September.
I have some pretty awesome surprises in store for you ;)
