Assignment - Moment of Warmth

They are soft and warm. Look down at them. Pet them, if you’d like. What do you feel toward them? Do you feel warmth? Affection? Caring? What is that experience like? Is it pleasant? Calming? It is okay if it isn’t. It is okay if you don’t feel anything at all, or have an unpleasant feeling.
If it is pleasant, reflect on how simple this is. How simple it is for us to draw on feelings of care, calm, and warmth, in just a few moments.
