MKM - alpha 0.1r
Added 2021-01-07 04:06:28 +0000 UTCJust a tiny update that adds a new Kobold enemy which has appeared in previous polls in some capacity, so this is another enemy that I'm adding based on entries of previous polls that I selected myself. Currently I've positioned the Kobold in the abandoned mines alongside the Lamia, but he'll be featured in other underground stages as well.
Visually the concept of Kobolds is quite varied: some artists depict them with very pronounced dragon/reptilian features, while others depict them in a more clean and cute appearance. While I choose to go with the latter, I also tried to give them some "attitude" because despite their small stature, those are full blow adult Kobold rogues and they can be quite fierce.
I needed a small enemy (about 1 block/square height) to navigate through the narrow passages of the underground stages so they fit quite well. As for the ero scene, all I can say is that fans of "butt-sex" will enjoy this one.
Now that I think about it, this last poll had a quite popular entry about a Kobold swarm didn't it? And now that there's a Kobold in the game, different species and variations could make an appearance... heh, I'm getting way ahead of myself here, but I'll definitely give it some thought.
In other news, people have been asking me when I'll make another public release, and to be perfectly honest I had forgotten all about that since I've been solely focusing on the patreon releases, so I'll make another release later this month that will contain the next new area of the underground stages and a new custom character, the mushroom girl, as well as other goodies. Then I'll make that release be a public one, so I'll be seeing you soon to tease the animations of the mushroom girl!

Ah thank you so much for the feedback! By using your description I've managed to track down three nasty bugs, all related to the interactions between Maya finishing the slide and enemies grabbing her, so I've fixed those bugs for the next version! Thanks!

2021-01-11 00:51:19 +0000 UTCJust a little heads up, the Kobold ero animation glitches sometimes while sliding/dashing and it just hides Maya from the screen and plays the Kobold idle animation.
