Kinda wondering if you could have the birth scene end with all seven babies born still connected to Atlanta with the umbilical cords coming out of her vagina and were laid in her arms in a fan shape with a praise me more smile saying "I have carried our children beyond their normal due date and have given birth to them all naturally successfully. Praise Me." Or something like that. Also would be rather interesting if a breech baby halfway born would be in the same body position of mother. If female could be said that daughter is a mini her and getting a early lesson of birth while male could say be the only time the mother has a dick sticking out of her.

Rather interesting idea. Kinda wondering if she can make it until being overdue. (10 months pregnant).
