Added 2024-11-05 19:39:11 +0000 UTCthe new sketching style leads to Rapid Iteration, and my renewed interest in Claire has lead to HOLY ASS its the best ive ever drawn lets fucking go. anyways, i really like her. i wanted to explore her more.
the last sketch is specifically to try and prep for a comic, if i ever do one, that follows her university life. wess, as well, does not stay small, and does instead dabble in ... sciences. while claire just gets fat the old fashioned way :)

I think the idea of the character is less specifically about the “viewer”, as much as it is how this bouncy blubber jiggle jar of plump pumpkin spice has a disposition that doesn’t really match her ever growing size. From big to bigger to *big*, she’s always got that bubbly, impressionable sort of pep in her step.

Perhaps showing her own personality too, like how she was speaking her mind out, blurting out things
