Option 1 - So the image is more the idea, I want the design to be basically a metal frame that looks a bit artsy and your sim can paint on. A WW object with the option to paint on it. Idle + gag variations.
Option 2 - Kneeling position- a pole with a moving dildo on the end of it, the sim will be restrained in the same way, with the dildo going in and out of their throat. No nipple connection though. Idle.
Option 3 - A fancy looking ottoman. Should also work like one.

I'm not sure if that ottoman was ever brought back but I am in love! A pink one would make my year (2023 lol) ngl (the black would suit my alt sims 😁 ) wonderful selection as per usual!
