Updated Welcome Notes and Video

Just so that you're aware I updated the welcome notes with information and contacts as well as a "short" 15 minute video explaining benefits as well as how and why I have to refresh links and stuff each month. You get to look at my ugly mug as I explain everything BUT it should be informational and informative. If you still have questions or it's still confusing hit me up!
