It was great to talk with you as well the other day! I love this city idea, there are so many angles that a DM could play on with just the base idea presented. And with it being a small town in a seemingly out of the way area, it'll likely make for one of those side attraction distractions for the party that you end up hearing repeated by All Things D&D as one of their videos.
