I wished she had a second verse on Beep Beep. One thing I realized about Nicki, she gonna sing. So after awhile you catch yourself singing too 8.5/10 for me

Its 3 songs fasho thats a skip so 19/22 =8.6 fallin 4 u and Let Me calm down the best songs to me. big difference was the hardest tho! She was throwing shots are all the female rappers too including Doja if you really listen to FTCU. Beep Beep got a new version with 50 cent that complete the song for me, it would’ve been the hardest but she just let the beat ride where a 2nd verse was needed💯

Nicki’s versatility, range in rap ability/ creativity & overall longevity can’t be touched and has yet to be matched amongst the current landscape of “mainstream” female rappers. My only criticism is that there’s no growth & at times, lack of originality (specifically, overuse of samples/ interpolations). Don’t get me wrong, her subject matter on certain cuts really shows her vulnerability as an artist and there is nothing wrong using samples… but man, every other track (especially on the back-half of the album) is sample after sample. Some songs definitely could’ve been left off. Pink Friday will always be her magnum opus and this was a decent continuation in the series, but I’d be lying if I said Nicki delivered something crazy. It was good, not great. Barbs, I mean no offense with my take so please don’t go too hard on me. Just my honest opinion.

She's too talented as a rapper to ruin potentially good songs with singing. Maybe she does it to save money on features or maybe she does it because she enjoys singing. It's just not sonically pleasing. Also, the sampling was lazy. Felt like listen to remixes of the originals instead of making the song "an original". All that said, I still BOUGHT Pink Friday.
