everything's under control 😉 I'm doing really well lately.
ℹ I just feel some uncomfortable remains on my right bowel and slowly recovering wellness and inspiration.

I guess this Kun has learnt enough lessons these weeks! 💪🏼
I found out I needed to change my water source too, and more important than what food, I had to select WERE to get it from:
Clean water
Natural HEALTHY food
Relax, relief and emotional intelligence learning
Daily workouts and physical activity.
ℹ Careful with supermarkets and food stores with bottled and prepared foods... Not good anymore for this Kun...
