💪🏼Time to update the animation system!

Now Amirian Curse works with the new Interactive Animation Plugin we used for Obsidian and Alice's Tickle  Games:

⭐Why this update?

Because I decided some months ago that I should not work anymore on the previous animation setup, was so exhausting and time consuming, full of errors and headache 😝

So, now we have a decent touch and tickle animation player ready, why not?

well it's not easy at all, but I think the biggest deal is coming with this first 2024 release, the interactive animations used for Lilith, Boudicca, Lieutenants, Cultists, Magicians and some other scenes. It was also used already in the previous update for the book of tickles and the mimics. 🍻

Once done, I can thread a new outline of the next to come, including the requested interactive animations for the new roadmap, but also allowing me to add more variations (now way more easy to handle) and dynamic animations which will happen depending on how we interact with the scene.

ℹ Here's just the first example 😁 All updated scenes will be 200% scaled!

Oh! and all the bosses and domination scenes will use this system too, we will get rid of those menus pausing the action to pick another target following the same flow once and once again!

⭐What's new

• Updated Boudicca's domination scene to play with the new animation framework.

• Updated the 3 Lieutenants domination scene to play with the new animation framework.

• Updated Lilith's Temperance Ending domination scene to play with the new animation framework.

• Updated Cultist domination scene and full game over scenes to play with the new animation framework.

• Updated several logics on different event pages from the updated characters.

• Added Boudicca's new class change flag. Now you can change her in a prompt after her rescue.

• Added change class option in the  campsite for debug mode on.

ℹ If you fancy testing them out, your best option is the Debug Mode (Ask Amaymon), but feel free to explore them as you play the game through 😀

⭐Bug fixes

• Rescue Boudicca - Boudicca Dialog fixes, Game Over scene flags and quest progress fix

• Fixed more bugs in Boudicca's kidnapped quest on Angul Castle.

• Added some more challenge for the Lieutenants and their thugs.

• Chapter 6 - Merril Quest. Fixed the exit from the dungeons to not end up stuck on the map, and fixed the dialogs with the guards and civilians after chapter 6.

• Bizarre Collector - Fixed a silly logic which locked the options to complete one of Mylo's quests

• Fixed some bad logics in the bargain options for hornets,ivies and myconids. ( I will need to update them later to improve the gameplay and avoid possible issues)

• Fixed missing Lucille after defeating her without unlocking. Now you can come back after chapter 5 to  fight her again and attemtp to unlock her.

• Added the four main bosses at the velvet rug pub after unlocked. Now you can see them in the tickle throne room with the crew as you progress with the chapters.

• Fixed broken quest variants for the Academia of Magic - The demon's gate. (aand  I still have to make more improvements)

• Fixed a broken gameprogress update in the last scene after lilith's defeat which may prevent to complte the transtion to the campsite and mark the game as completed

• Unlocked Lilith after the credits so no need to come back to fight her again.

• Added Tanelia, Kagura, Lyra and Lucille's rematch after their respective chapters, if you didn't unlock them on the domination mode. Now you an try it again.

• Meet Tanelia at the council in the North-West gate of the city of Merril

• Meet Lucille back in her chambers, playing the piano.

• Meet Lyra in the evil Castle of the cult, in the eastern lands.

There is a small delay with some inputs in the interactive scenes, but I have them under control atm to update the plugin as soon as I can. Also the sound effects are working with the new sound player from another plugin, It's easy to fix, but kinda tedious to check and modulate all the voices, so, with patience we will have them all ready  in next update.

ℹ I will introduce also the new VA samples from Obsidian and Alice's games so we have a new range of voice effects in the animations soon! 🎁

If there's not a trouble again with the health thing (working on it) I plan to post another update before February, with the remaining interactive animations to complete, for Lynessa's domination and the sleepy magicians.

As always, there may be broken things (just few I hope) and you are very welcome to leave feedback on the comments and the support threads.

I need now to focus on Alice's game the polls and Patreon contents these days, meanwhile, you may see some news popping up in discords' channels 😉
