Today I'd like to share screen-grabs from the editing process of my new project BLACK. This project will premier at the coming Modern Panic IX group show in London.
I've never done this before and having you guys around is a cool incentive to share something us photographers usually keep behind the veil.
In this new body of work I explore human textures and sexuality using mud, body paint and oil. The shapes created using photography of nude dancers and circus artists give the viewer a presentation of somewhat rock-like formations with an added Human Element.
I'm editing a selection of photos out of 25 shoots I did starting in 2016 in Montreal and London. I've photographed nearly 50 models, circus artists and dancers for this project.
Here's some of the names (alphabetical order and not all full): Ana Díaz Tirado, Arthur Cadre, Becky O'Brien, Catherine, Celeste Bliss, Charlotte O'Sullivan, Clara Prezzavento, Claudel Doucet, Cooper, Eline Guélat, Elise Bjerkelund, Reine, Emma Farnell-Watson, Emmanuelle LePhan, Eunji Sung, François Colarusso, Greg Arsenal, Hayley Deane, Jarrod Takle, Jonathan Fortin, Kate Lynx, Katrina Margareta Oliver, Kevin, Lauren Fernandez, Lauren Joy Herley, Lea Ved, Léonor Clary, Lewie West, Lysandre Murphy-Gauthier, Marie Astride Ducroquet, Mathieu Riel, Maxime, Mieke Lizotte, Nadège St-Arnaud, Nicolas Jelmoni, Philip Rosenberg, Ramona Reinvall, Rebecka Arnberg , Samantha, Sandra Berube, Simon, Stan, Valerie Doucet and Zoe.
