Na'vi: Luna, Amarya, Matti

Notes
The clothing Luna or Amarya wear are made up on the spot without too much consideration or consolidation with other sources (I did think about it but not to a large extent). So, to me, they are simple... and dont have much more meaning than basic concepts? If that makes sense.
But I will explain a little bit below.

Amarya
Design
When designing her na'vi version, there was not too much to consider.
I kept most of her human likeness exactly the same or translated enough. She retains most of her nose structure, which is a contrast to that common na'vi flat or very uniformly wide nose.

Her stripe pattern was based on her sister's stripes, Luna.

Clothing
She wears predominantly white cloth material. Some brown rope material and some gold accessories.
I thought it looked nice on her. But for why she wears it, i cannot say. Other than comfort/stylish/appeal (she likes gold).

Her clothing in total is relatively simple and plain. Easier for me to draw.. XD

Luna
Design Changes
Luna had some choices to her na'vi skin color.
I picked a skin color that is much closer to the value of her human colors.
Her eye color is divergent from her current human color (might change now), they are a dark orange here.
Her hair was changed.
I needed a official hairstyle to give her rather than what I had previously (a hairstyle that Amarya adopted).
Although there is no hair accessories i put in this, i didn't really have time to consider all of that but she may has something there.

Clothing
Hunter/Warrior Band
I took the concept of a hunter/warrior band that you see in Avatar 1 and 2, Like Jake's or Neteyam's and added that to Luna to represent her hunter/warrior status.
I am aware that women in Avatar are not seen explicitly that I can recall wearing this even if they are warriors.
I don't really care, I will use it personally.

Loincloth
You see her wear a relatively high middle loincloth. Which is something i usually give towards Tigar's clan. I thought it looked nice, it may moved much more lower down to separate this style of dress from Tigar's to her (own clan).

Colors
The colors black, reddish, and blue, dont have a lot of significance. Other than its visible and simplistic amount of color choices.

 
Matti
For Matti, her clothing are specifically because her father, Tigar was from a now-extinct clan. It featured colorful dyed drapery and a variety of accessories that often included painted, carved bones.
They often had double or triple loincloths, commonly high waisted.
But since she did not exist or lived amongst this clan, her clothing is more of a inspired piece based off her upbringing.
