v0.11 + patch notes

-5 New scenes
-Added a new cheat to increase dominance variables
-Minor map changes
-Fixed a bug related with doors being 50% size
The new scenes are: 2 normal size with Eve (trampling related), 1 with Sasha (only at the evening) and 2 Mia related (75% size).
I will be off until tomorrow night so if there is any problem i won't be able to fix it until then.

Post update reported bugs:
When talking to Sasha being 50%, the model of a cock can be seen on the background, already fixed for next update.
