They r pretty tasty but I wish I used a littleeee more lemon, but I like how it's not like suuuuper forward about the lemon flavor. Also should've made more shortbread generally. I don't lovee the texture of the lemon part so I would've liked to have more crunchy shortbread.
ALSO MY SIFTER GOT SOOOO DIRTY even though I only put it down for like 0.0001 seconds, so I had to do the powdered sugar by hand and it wasn't as clean as I'd like. I should've included a pic of my outfit after everything. I wore a black shirt and grey pants and they were COVEREDDD bcuz I am very messy! It was great fun, let me know if you'd like to see more of these sorta posts or if it's not rly what you wanna see. Thank youuuuu!!!
