Hi there, I discovered a gaining tip that you may find interesting - can help you gain very quickly. I'm guessing you don't drink milk since you're vegetarian - the common wisdom these days is that milk is not healthy. This is true, but the reason is because it is pasteurized, homogenized, etc. Raw milk, on the other hand, is VERY healthy, and not only that, it is even more fattening than whole milk. If you buy some raw milk and drink several glasses a night before bed, on top of the way you've been eating, you will not believe the weight that will come onto your body. Figured I'd share, if you need any more info let me know. Raw milk is soo delicious too. But yeah, it is simple to drink like over 1000 calories of raw milk in a few minutes, haha, tastes great and is healthful, plus knocks you out before bed - you'll fall asleep easily and will feel so full and satisfied.
