Ah, I see, thanks for clearing that up! :) I did eead mostly research on epilepsy as it is relevant to my field, so I guess I projected :D

There is nothing offensive about saying "epilepsy warning," but please consider using "photosensitivity warning" instead.
It is a matter of accuracy and application.
"Only around 3 to 5 in every 100 (3 to 5%) people with epilepsy will have photosensitive epilepsy." (stat pulled from Epilepsy Action)
I am not epileptic, yet I live with photosensitivity attributed to an entirely different autoimmune disease.
People do understand "epilepsy warning" to mean flashing lights, so I understand if that's the language you prefer to use.
AMC/UCI Theaters happen to use: Photosensitivity Notice.
