If you want a good expanded overview of the world I would recommend you watch Akito the Exiled after Season 1 and after episode 2 of Season 2. It helps contextualize some things about the world. It focuses on the EU and its mostly from their perspective.
Also the EU in this world stands for Europia United which was formed soon after the British Isles fell to Napoleon in the 1800s of this world. The reason that Britannia is in the Americas is to due to the British Royals fleeing their after the loss of the Isles to the French and for the fact that in the 1700s the American revolution failed in this world and if you saw in earlier episodes they refer to it as Washington's rebellion. The is similar to the real world EU in that there are member countries except for the fact that the EU has many more direct military powers than our EU does.

That is true and I would agree, the problem I have is when people go from „objective“ to objective as in science and conflate them, making their arguments absolute.

24:45 i think the problem is in the use of language. I believe the majority of ppl uses "Objectivity" and "subjectivity" as synonym for "logic based" and "emotional based". meaning a lot of times when they say objective, they mean based on logic (facts?), and when they mean subjective, they mean based on feelings, which by definition are not logical.
This is just my take based on my experiences/observations
27:25 i think ur paradoxing urself here? XD it's exactly what u described no? "its objective enough so we stop bothering with it on everyday life" and "its not objective, its as objective as can be, its small but there is a difference" <--- yep, so not big enough of a difference to bother with it on daily basis, so just go with "its objective" XD
30:40 you just reminded me of 2 seemingly random things:
1) i heard that the reason we (CH) have pretty much the highest amount of new patents/year, is because mostly in pharma and other sciencey industry we patent every little variant, even if just one.. i dont know atom or so is different making the whole a different makeup or so...
so i was wondering if science is sooo precise already, that every little change makes it fine to patent all those things, when a normal layman like me looks at it: it's all the fking same.
2) then off of that --> reminds me how - stereotypically - men aren't as color sensitive generally speaking. and men say a color very imprecise like "blue" and the woman would be "no joke, all those dresses are blue, one is sky blue, one is royal blue, one is cerulean, so which blue you mean?" XD
32:14 i did these kinds of tests too, they did not work on me tho ._. they said im tooo observant (constant high alert, guard up --> lack of sleep/exhaustion)
36:16 aaaaaah its almost time! for my 2nd Fav to enter the show himself °^° nyahahahaha (Tho, his name still reminds me of Schnitzel ._.)
44:17 have you noticed? he did the same hand gesture as Lulu did with his first command?
44:59 kyaaaaaaaaaaah Schneizel T^T *fangirls*
45:15 so what does a cliffhanger smell like? x:
46:20 btw did u also take note of its name? "Avalon", there might be more connections to certain legends and tales etc you originally might have thought x:
