Dunn is not a sequence 6 here but the powerlevel between the lower sequences isn't so much that a difference in just one level is enough to completely stomp on someone. And if a sequence 7 and 8 teams up they will probably be at least equal to a 6 or even stronger depending on the specific sequence pathways involved. i might be wrong but they should have explained earlier in the series that the lower the sequence, the lower the gap in strength between the sequence levels are too.
