1-lelouch got the walkie talkie that he used to talk to kallen in the first episode. he originaly planed to hand it over to the authorities before everything wen to shit with the royal guard and the girl in the capsule 2 - suzaku was chosen as the pilot because loyd is leading the research unit and he is one of the only non racist britannian aristocrats. he only really cares about developing the lancelot and since suzaku got the best results in the simulator he was chosen. as suzaku said normally elevens cant be knights but since loyd works directly under clovis "big brother" he gets to chose whoever he wants. 3 - lelouch was pointing a gun at him thats why he made the ceasefire annoucement XD as for the rest of the questions dont worry. its normal to be confused at this point. u will get ur answers
