2025-08-01 21:15:07 +0000 UTCChristianity itself isn’t widespread in Japan. I live in a regional area, but Christian private schools aren’t particularly rare. Also, Homura’s name means ‘flame,’ and Madoka’s name means ‘circle.’

2025-07-24 06:58:10 +0000 UTCMadoka! This will be fun! I am hoping you have an enjoyable or at least interesting experience and get to run through it all blind (or nearly)! I will be watching these for sure to see your take on them! They are the magical girl genre (yes, that's a thing, Sailor Moon and so forth, so depending on your familiarity with the genre, things may be more familiar or less, but that's fine either way!) I don't want to put any thoughts or spoilers in your head, but in case you're not aware there are 3 movies - the first two recap the show's episodes with very, very minor differences as things are cut for time/added in - generally are not worth watching, super redundant. But the third movie is entirely new content and something you should ABSOLUTELY cover and that's all I'll say.
