14:20 ozone sterilizes against regular microbes pretty well too even O2 was deadly to early life, it jsut got so common and is so useful for energy transfers that we adapted to surviving it and handlign it but its still techncially somewhat dangerosu life just had to evolve some resilience to it while using it and well, ozone O3 is a lot more chemically agressive

The moment it discovered the secrets about the Evas, Adam, the Second Impact, and other things (which you wonβt know about for several more episodes) it decided that it would even sacrifice itself to destroy all of them and what they created...

2025-04-19 00:07:35 +0000 UTCMy interpretation of the computer being divided into the Scientist, the Mother, and the Woman, is that itβs sort of like seeing yourself through three lenses: the idea of your societal role, the idea of your familial role, and the idea of your self as an individual. The order that they fell was similar to a person falling apart: the first thing to completely get taken down was Melchior, the scientist. So the societal connections got cut off first. Then Balthazar, the mother went down, so that was the personal connections and relationships falling apart. Then finally Caspar, the woman, was the last piece that held itself together and saved the rest. So even after losing everything, the person held on to themselves and rebuilt the other connections they had lost rather than to give up themself when nothing else was left.
