Yep, Suzuha's Dmail was the last one to be sent and the first one to be undone, it just makes sense

beside bruno's message that I also wanted to say, there is only a end-credit scene at the end of episode 22 and you can't use the thumbnail preview to know when it starts because there's subtitles that start during the end credit

Regarding Daru-Suzuha relationship, its actually true and not a red herring. The naming sense was already foreshadowed an episode or two back, when Kurisu remarked on how they didnt fix the issue of the spinning flying camera despite being on version 2-point-something wherein Okabe then replied that it was Daru who named it like that.
And lastly, for the recent D-mail, I think you had a huge misunderstanding. I also did on my first watch cause there was just too much stuff to remember, and that was even when I binged the series straight. That Dmail wasnt for Suzuha, to stop her from going to the past. That was for past Okabe. What happened in the earlier episodes was that Suzuha was finally going to leave the 2010 timeline, to go back to the past and secure the IBN 5100. And she DID LEFT. So Okabe sent a Dmail to his past self to "follow her" before she left and persuade her to stay, which led to the worldline changing where Suzuha stayed for a while, leading up to the time machine getting malfunctional because of the thunderstorm the night she was about to leave. And now, Okabe tried to undo it by sending a Dmail to himself again to "not follow Suzuha cause its a SERN trap", which reverted it back to a worldline where Suzuha travelled back to the past much earlier, before the time machine malfunctioned.
