The end credits imagary will evolve throughout the season, so might want to skim through it every once and again.

To answer your question about Tenma’s name, if it’s spelled with the kanji 天魔 then it means heavenly demon (天 = heaven, 魔 = demon). But I believe this Tenma’s name is spelled 天馬, and 馬 means horse. So 天馬 actually means heavenly horse, or Pegasus

You are right that its a very dense show. I love your deep dive into moral dilemmas, it goes without saying that right and wrong is very vague, everyone has their own perspective and try do what they think is best (weather it be self gain or trying to uphold your moral standards) and who is to say they are right or wrong. This show portrays well responsibility and the consequences of our actions. After we see the butterfly effect of our choices can we then say we were right or wrong? Or is the base act more important. The reason I ask this is because lets say the mayor survived and built a new hospital because Tenma saved him, then in some eyes it was the right choice. But lets say after he saved him he went on to be a corrupt ahole that effected society negatively, then his action of saving him might have been wrong in some eyes. Thats why I love looking at the base action for what it is because we can never predict the butterfly effect.
