Illness Again
Added 2023-03-10 05:19:06 +0000 UTCHoly shit, I don't know what hit me this time but it really fucked me up.
I was in a seriously bad way all day Tuesday, just 24 hours of being curled up in a heated blanket and fading in and out of consciousness. Then Wednesday I was awake but couldn't really get out of bed (though I thankfully had my wonderful roommates to help take care of me). Today I have been recovering fairly well: still not in good shape but I'm walking, eating normally, etc., so if I can get some good sleep tonight I think I'll be pretty much okay. I don't know what the hell hit me, but it tore through my COVID-ravaged immune system like tissue paper and it seems to be leaving in just as much of a hurry.
Suffice to say, I have not been writing these past three days. Definitely expect a delay on tomorrow's Bioshifter chapter; I'm hoping to start it tomorrow if I can, but we'll have to see how things go. Apologies for the unexpected delay, but uh. Yeah. Wow. I haven't been that sick in a very long time. Wish me luck on recovery!

2023-03-10 18:18:31 +0000 UTCSudden bugs like that are always just awful. I got sick back in 2020 (tbh it might have even been COIVD, testing wasnβt big at the time) and afterwards spent like 2 days bedridden vomiting up medicine.
