Yes it is intentional. This mod brings clothing destruction to the game. Outfits can get eaten, disintegrated or ripped off now and if the sim can just change in to a fresh outfit whenever or where ever they are, there is no real penalty for getting ones outfit destroyed. So, yes, a sim needs to be at home with a dresser or wardrobe to change their clothes. (like in real life) However, if you prefer, there is an option to turn that feature off by SHIFT *clicking your sim and navigating to the Perverted Expansion Pack Options and turning "Change Outfit Restrictions Off" and then your sims can change wherever and when ever they want.

2025-06-14 19:16:05 +0000 UTCUsually you can change a Sim outfit by clicking on the sim, then select change outfit. With this mod i get a restriction to do it with a wardrobe, so if you are in a lot without wardrobes you are stuck with the outfit unless you have mccc. Is it intended to be this way?
