I understand. It's definitely going to be worth the wait when it does come out. You have some of the best animations I've seen. I hope you get enough support to get that could you want.

TL;DR at the bottom.
While I understandably want to shit out updates as soon as possible, it's kinda hard to tell how long the updates will take. I made episode 1 with almost 0 external help (Character name logos were done by another artist).
Episode 1 took 7 months to complete, but that included essentially learning how to code some relatively complex stuff. I lost maybe a month of dev time coding the phone screen, the replay screen, the lore screen etc.
Now that those have been done, it's possible that dev times will be a few weeks shorter unless I need to build some more complex code framework for any reason.
A large chunk of dev-time is spent on the animations, too. I have an okay PC right now with a decent GPU and a not-fantastic CPU. So getting a PC upgrade can speed up the rendering/encoding part.
For example, the Cadence scenes at the end of Ep 1 were primarily 25-second loops. They would take just over 2 hours to render the frames, and another 3-4 hours to encode.
The content in episode 1 was plentiful and the episode was sufficiently long. I plan on having approximately that much content in each episode. So development times will probably take a similar amount of time, though it's hard to pin down an accurate estimate.
TL;DR:
It's hard to pinpoint an accurate development timeframe, but with educated guesses, you can expect 5-7 months per episode. I'm always willing to be transparent about the progress I'm making.

I'm curious what kind of release window are you trying for each update? I understand things happen, but an idea of in the ballpark of what you're aiming for would be nice.
