After many trials and tribulations and multiple sidetracks, I finally present to you the new Solitude multigallow and its associated Scene.
Apart from the unplanned development of the Barstool which postponed this release, there also was a major Development in my personal life which played a big factor, but this will be addressed in a public post.
But apart from that, there were also technical reasons which presented some (mainly psychological hurdles and led to delays.
Main one here being the challenge to make a scene which works with a variable amount of actors (1-3) and somehow fitting that into the existing system for the Solitude Plaza which really was not designed for this.
While it wasn't an completely impossible thing to do,the one takeaway for me here is that I will in the future likely refrain from doing such a variable scene again. Skyrims Scene system really isn't made for branching options, and even the other examples from my mods which account for single followers are already taxing. Skyrims engine is just very player-focused, and accepting that will probably allow me to work much faster.
this Obviously doesn't mean I wont Include followers in future scenes, but I wanna outline a possible future trend.
Anyway, what exactly did we get today and how do we use it?
Simple. a new device which can switched in like the other ones on the Solitude plaza via the MCM. from here on, everything works like the other devices as well, with the obvious exception of the increased capacity of 3 actors.
The Scene is designed to ALWAYS use ALL shackled actors in the Scene, regardless of potential still existing grace periods captured followers might still have, so this Device should be considered very dangerous to your retinue if you don't have PaSo or any other way installed to bring them back from the dead.
Important Notes:
you need Deadly Furnitures V 3.4.5 or higher installed for the Scene to work. This is a new release specifically made for it, and it will be linked below under downloads.
This Release is not Fully stable yet. The Scene should work without much issues, but stuff will likely explode if you leave the Area while the Scene is playing. I wanted to push this Release out before the End of January, so I didn't have enough time to implement the necessary safeguards. those will follow shortly in the next Release.

Outro...
Well, this was a long one. And I'm gonna be completely honest with you, this shouldn't have taken this long. Compared to larger projects like PaSo or OBH, this new Scene was should have been relatively simple. Sure, its not like I did nothing during the last 3 months, but overall, I'm afraid I got a little complacent.
Little spoiler for the public post: I actually started a new Job as software Developer at the beginning of the year. So I put Skyrim a bit on the backburner in the hopes that my audience and supporters would stick with me despite that.
And to my Great joy, you actually did, for which I'm immensely Grateful. There is still some easing in to do in my new day job, so I cant promise an immediate return to a faster upload schedule, but (even more spoilers...) the new job is also just 20hrs/week, which is the exact same arrangement as my old one. Which means that eventually, the old rhytm will return.
Poll for next Device will be out shortly
Until then, as always, thank you for your unwavering support and patience, even more so then usually, I really appreciate it.
