The Fountain - Dev Update

Its been a while since The last poll concluded and the Fountain emerged as the winner, so I think its time to give you a little update on its state.

Those of you who are on the Discord have already seen It and its occupant in their full glory within the games screenshots, and that basically where we stand.
The 3D model is Ingame and basic scripting and animation is also done.

My original plan was to release an initial version today, but Ive encoutered some issues halfway trough the process.
Originally I wanted a system similar to Solitudes Hoister, where the entire Character controller of an occupant is actually moved upwards/downwards via a small moveable collision plane.

But this Idea fell apart real quick when I introduced a second actor to the system. Dou to the close proximity of the two, The colliplane would also affect the second actor as well.

This meant that I had to scrap a lot of the work and redo the system in a way where the upward/downward movement is baked into animations.
This should reduce the Chance of Bethesda Jank, but it also means that I need to make a few more animations.

So, the sad takeaway of this entire post is that I wont be able to give you an initial Release today as I planned. And I apologize for this.
Usually I would just use the long weekend we have in my country to power through and finish it within the month, But I was asked to lead a sort of expedition into the Netherlands where we are supposed to rent some boats and blast very loud techno music at the locals as a part of a larger revenge plot for them always blocking our glorious Autobahn with their stupid Caravans.

Ahem...
Anyway, this means I'll be away from technology until 1st of June.
But to make it up, Ive taken care to keep my entire week after that free, so I can deliver quickly upon my return.
