Sneak peak for new Device, December Report, and Outlook for January

Lets start with the really cool news first:
The Absolute Chad who already made the Oven model for us had some more free time to kill and insisted that he wanted to make another one.
So I went through my mental list of feasible Ideas and looked for something which would require a slightly more elaborate model and could therefore benefit from the skills of a more professional modeller.

After some deliberation, I made my choice, designed a small mockup in Blender to better convey my vision to him, and waited.
It only took 2 very minor revisions to get the final result, and just like the Oven, it came out great looking.
The preview Image of this post is deliberately shaderless to make it harder for you to guess what it is, but I have the complete model with full texture set here. Only requires scripts and animations.

Buuut, right now I'm of course still busy with getting the Sovngarde Scenario up and running, so you will have to wait till the next Vote to get a better view and more details :p

I cant really sugarcoat it, but this month was sluggish in terms of progress. My Annual Winter depression kicked in, and probably even more detrimental were my superiors at work who came up with great new plans and prevented everyone from using up their remaining paid leave in December, So I was a bit preoccupied with figuring out how programming on ARM-based systems works.
(Sidenote: I'm a Web-Developer, So I'm not quite sure why they gave that task to me...)

I did an Initial Stakeout at the Sovngarde Worldspace, And Already made A clone of it and its inhabitants in order to prevent Any compatibility Issues with the Vanilla Quest Line and other mods who add content to that Area (Are there Any?), But Apart from that, I didn't have that Much time to Advance the actual planned Content.

January
The Upside of the Aforementioned kerfuffle at my day job is this: Paid leave days don't go away, which means I don't have to put in hours there for the Entirety of the coming January, which is nice. And Without much else to do during that time, I expect to make good progress with new stuff for you.


I will be with my Family over the the Christmas Hollidays, but After that I´ll get Right back to work and make sure to have something presentable for you soon.
