Lilah's comment about "the one who betrays" is her trying to guilt Wesley over his "betrayal" of Angel by kidnapping Connor. Gotta figure her angle is to get Wesley to accept that doing something like that means he has a dark side - one that is not all that different from her own. Doesn't matter if it's true - as long as she gets him to believe that it's true.

His name is Vincent Kartheiser, if you want to see a really good movie (I liked it a lot anyway, mostly because of the concept) with him in it (albeit not as the main lead) watch 'In Time'.
