Cerberus possesses the traits of normal dog, such as barking sounds and chewing things. He's a hostile against anyone who tries to enter or leave The Underworld. Three of his heads all have their own mind, with the middle head being friendlier to The Looper and being willing to defy a direct order from Zeus despite him on his side. However, the other two heads are hostile towards The Looper and tries to trick them to fight Ares and Zeus to eliminate them.

Cerbero posee los rasgos de un perro normal, como ladrar y morder cosas. Es hostil con cualquiera que intente entrar o salir del inframundo. Sus tres cabezas tienen mente propia, y la del medio es más amistosa con los Looper y está dispuesta a desobedecer una orden directa de Zeus a pesar de estar de su lado.
