I haven’t really been keeping up with my clean eating lately and I thought I was chubbing up, but my boyfriend actually says I’m getting more toned! I was concerned that all the cookies, pastries, chips, and takeout we eat would catch up to me, but if he doesn’t think so, then I don’t think I have to worry about it. I mean, he’s basically a gym rat, so he would know about these things. In fact, sometimes he think I’m getting too skinny.
But honestly, I’m relieved that he thinks I’m losing weight. I’ve been getting more easily out of breath and I can’t really keep up with him at the gym. But now that I know that my weight isn’t the problem, I can focus on eating more carbs and protein; hopefully that’ll give me the boost of energy I need.
