Tier update x3

I added a new $3 tier, nothing important, just in case anyone wants to support with more than the minimun XD.
But I also edited the $20 tier, now anyone on that tier can request a pairing like the ones on the polls~, you can ask for the position and all for the pairing, as long as the pairing is within my abilities~ (Not gonna draw a fat orc with a rabbit XD, be reasonable~).
Only thing I ask is for you to poke me about it before the last week of the month <3, otherwise you'll be wasting that drawing :c
