Official Statement:
After weeks of navigating the complexities with HFA, the organization responsible for securing cover song licenses, we regret to inform you that our cover of "Skull and Bones" will not be available for streaming. This is the first time we have encountered difficulties in obtaining the necessary cover song license, and despite our best efforts to resolve the issue, we have been unsuccessful.
Should HFA manage to process our cover song license in the future, we will promptly inform you. In the meantime, you can enjoy the release exclusively on YouTube or the audio-only version on Patreon.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I agree with Norah that it sounds terribly frustrating. I hope they'll get their act together...
