A lot of progress was made this month, it's so much easier to get work done now that the summer heat is over.

This will be the last early access build for version 0.5, which will get a public release some time after the first early access build for v0.6.

The new armor outfit is locked by default, and needs to be discovered on the castle floor before it will show up in the customization mirror. The castle floor now has a single magic armor enemy that will drop the outfit as an item when defeated (note that enemies summoned in the debug area do not drop items, so only a real enemy will drop it).
Using the item will play a cinematic, put on the outfit and unlock it, and also apply a special buff to the player.
While the buff is active the player gains 2 strength and armor class at the cost of some lewd meter increase per turn. The outfit cannot be changed while the buff is active but it can be customized. The buff also gives the player glowing evil eyes.

The nightmares will now put player allies to sleep after having special relations.
Having special relations with nightmares as the player will result in getting possessed.
Possessed players get a new skin to match the nightmares, at the cost of getting charmed every 150-300 turns.
The skin looks better with a little transparency, but it caused a bunch of issues and there is a lot of cleanup that needs to be done on the existing cinematics to make it look good. So I ended up disabling it for now.

I didn't have the time to add an in-game way to get rid of the new armor and nightmare effects so for now the game will clear them when starting a new loop.

There are 6 new cinematics in this build:
- The player putting on the new armor.
- 4 different nightmare cinematics
- And finally the mimic threesome which was really challenging but fun to animate.

The main menu now has a option which will start a new game in debug mode. While in debug mode, a debug menu can be accessed via the pause menu that lets players change any of the players stats or teleport to any floor. The debug area on the starter floor has also been moved to the new debug mode and no longer gets added to the dungeon in regular or hardcore runs.

I added multi threading to some auto loaded tile assets and ended up reducing the games initial startup time by roughly 75%. If anyone is having issues with tile graphics not appearing in the game please let me know.

Thanks for the feedback and bug reports. The first neutral floor has a new exorcist character in the upcomming release, so possessing effects will no longer get cleared when looping. And I like the idea of floating spirits to indicate being possessed. I've added it to a future TODO list.

I know the armor and nightmare are new but just a few suggestions. Please allow a way to turn on lewd thing the armor did after looping, liked the extra challenge. Maybe in wardrobe? Once possessed by nightmare you can easily get rid of other nightmares with sex animation. Should be some increase to lewd meter or stacking of possession. Also I did like the novelty of being possessed and a ghost, but human flesh does it for me more. Can you allow switching to human skin, or tweak the possession so that a spirit is floating around her? Could work with the stacking of possession more spirits float around her. Not trying to change your great work just wanted to give some feedback :) Also the half nelson with Minotaur clips on face when wearing the new armor

The RID errors always happen when closing the game, I think it's an issue with godot. Everything else looks normal, was there something wrong with the game?

I used the V0.5 ea3 hotfix 2 Windows Vulkan stable. Then I tried the DX12 and it seems to work! Sorry for bothering...

Hello! I have a bug on my version of the game. No Pawn Assets appear on the screen. There are the level but no "characters". The cutscenes only show the sky box. Did I do something wrong during the installation? I search a fix in the waiting of your response. Sorry for bad english

What cpu, gpu and os are you running the game on? One thing you can try is to delete the "shader_cache" and "vulkan" folders at: %appdata%\Godot\app_userdata\HardStuck\ On linux the path is: ~/.local/share/godot/app_userdata/HardStuck/ There should be a "logs" folder next to these, check the most recent log and see if it contains any error messages and that the game isn't running in opengl3 compatibility mode. The second line in the log shows whether the game is running in vulkan, dx12 or opengl3 mode.

I'm experiencing a weird bug that doesn't seem to get fixed no matter what I do; there's some weird black screen tearing, and every time I try to load into a game the player model doesn't appear at all. This is the first time I've had this happen; is anyone else having this weird issue? The game is unplayable because of the screen tearing and even the lewd scenes are getting obscured by it. :/
