Edit (AMD driver issues):

Apparently the newest Radeon drivers (25.8.1) for AMD GPUs break a lot of Godot games using Vulkan. So if you have issues running the game you could either try the dx12 version, roll back your GPU drivers (25.6.1 apparently works), or wait for AMD to release a fix.

The second combat floor has been transformed into a castle-ish themed floor. With fancy carpets and a new unique statue puzzle. There are four clayman statues in a room, and one of them holds the key to the floor vault. Attack the correct one to get the key instantly, attack the wrong one and they all become hostile. There is one note on each of the first three combat floors, each of which rules out one of the statues.
Originally I wasn't quite sold on the simplistic textures for the claymen, but I think they look a lot better in game than they did in Blender.

Also there's a new feature room with three chests in it, two of which are mimics. It can spawn on any floor that has a room bigger than 3x7 or 7x3.

One request that keep popping up is for the option to customize Chloe's breast size. I was going to use the new layered animation system coming to blender, to possibly add another animated blend like the belly scaling that's in the game currently.
But it looks like the system won't be coming anytime soon, so I added an option to scale Chloe' breast bones to the customization menu.
The option needs to be enabled in the settings menu and will use the breast physics during cinematics when the value is above 1.
It was meant to just be a temporary goofy bonus feature for the early access builds, but it works surprisingly well even at higher values. It does have a lot of clipping issues though, especially during cinematics.
It would be great to have a fully working procedural system in place, instead of adding on more animation work. So I'll be experimenting some more with it when I have the time.

Other than that there are some new decor tiles scattered around the dungeon. There needs to be a lot more for variation but i feel they already break up the monotony of the floor designs even if there are just a couple of them.

Floppystack, I got this version and Loaded my save from v0.4 buuut I cannot get to the real world using the TV. Itried the Vulkan version and that did not work, now I am trying the Direct12 Version and the TV still isn't working

It needs to be enabled in the settings menu before it shows up in the customization menu, it's under the misc category.

I downloaded the v0.5 ea2 hotfix 1 but I cant find the breast size setting. Is there something else I need to do to fix this?

Hi, and welcome. The game logic is entirely done in C#, I guess the game could load custom logic through dll files but it wasn't built with that in mind. Asset modding is something I'm currently looking into. I haven't used a mac since they stopped with the big cat naming scheme, so I'd rather not have to do tech support for an app I can't test myself. If I get my hands on a cheap M series mac I'll look into it though.

Hey Floppystack. Love the game, just joined. I played through the 0.4 off of itch like 4 times. Do you have any plans to make the game extensible through support mods? I'm not into game development but do program. The game seems so open, it seems like it would be very natural to mod. Not really familiar with godot, maybe this is already possible. Also not sure if this is useful to you but this game seems to work well on whisky for mac. Would love a native mac build but I can't imagine that would be easy with vulkan. Thanks!

On seed 815739001 a mirror will spawn in a bottleneck to the only entrance to the stairs down to the next level on floor 2. You have to break it to get past and then suffer bad luck. I know this is not really a bug, but it does feel like a weird spawn and might just point to a need for a little tweak in the generation. imagine having the bad luck for this to happen, and then getting worse luck after, oof
