[Marvel : Spoiling Spider-man] Chapter 191 - 195

"Has it really been five months? It seems like he still hasn't gotten over it. I hope Aunt May can help him through this." The first-generation Uncle Ben sighed, his expression filled with sorrow.
"Poor Peter… I can’t even begin to imagine the pain he must be feeling." The first-generation Aunt May wiped her tears silently, looking at the second-generation Spider-Man as if she were seeing her own Peter all over again.
The first-generation Spider-Man held Gwen close, his grip tightening slightly. "I’m just grateful you’re by my side. I can’t imagine how painful it would be if I lost you."
"I won’t leave you, Peter! I have Venom protecting me. Nothing will happen!" The first-generation Gwen smiled reassuringly. At that moment, Venom emerged from her clothes, scurrying onto her shoulder and wiggling proudly.
Peter glanced at Venom, narrowing his eyes slightly, as the symbiote was blocking his view of Gwen. Noticing Peter's less-than-friendly stare, Venom instantly shrank back, retreating under Gwen’s clothes in an attempt to avoid his gaze.
[Peter returned to his room, his eyes landing on a framed photo of Gwen. Beneath it, he noticed a USB drive. He picked it up, hesitating for a moment before plugging it into his laptop. The screen flickered to life, revealing a video—Gwen’s graduation ceremony.]
[He watched as the camera focused on Gwen standing at the podium. He remembered that night vividly—Gwen had invited him to dinner, hoping to share her graduation speech with him. But consumed by the weight of Captain Stacy’s last words, he hadn’t gone. They argued, and Gwen broke up with him. Now, at last, he was hearing her speech for the first time.]
["It’s easy to feel hopeful on a beautiful day like this. But there are dark days in life too, days when you feel completely alone. And that’s when you need hope the most."]
[Peter stared at the screen, his fingers lightly touching the laptop as memories of Gwen flooded his mind. It all still felt so real, as if she were right in front of him.]
["No matter how deeply hope is buried… No matter how lost you feel, promise me you won’t give up. Hold on! We must be stronger than everything we’ve endured!"]
["My wish for you is to be a beacon of hope. People need hope—even in the face of failure! What else helps us push forward more than hope?"]
[Peter closed his eyes, listening to Gwen’s voice. It felt like she was speaking directly to him, encouraging him. A small, bittersweet smile formed at the corner of his lips.]
[He started packing Gwen’s belongings, carefully placing them into boxes, just as Aunt May had done. He gathered family photos of Richard and Mary Parker, his father’s briefcase, and finally, a picture of him and Gwen together. He placed it gently on the table, staring at it for a moment before looking away.]
["Today, we gather together with those who have shaped us. I know it feels like another goodbye, but we will carry each other’s hopes as we step into the next stage of life."]
["This will remind us of who we are… and who we want to be. These past four years with you have been unforgettable. I will miss you all so much."]
[Peter opened his closet, his eyes falling on his long-dusty Spider-Man suit. Slowly, he stepped forward...]
"Well said, Gwen. No matter how many times I watch it, it still resonates with me." George Stacy nodded approvingly at his daughter, though he had already seen the footage before.
But for Peter, it was different. Watching it now, at his lowest moment, her words carried a new meaning. Her speech had given him the strength to move forward, the hope to keep going.
Destiny had played its cruel game—Gwen had died, yet Peter still carried her hopes. Just like how Ghost-Spider, mentioned in the previous narration, carried Peter Parker’s hopes even after his death.
"Dad…" Gwen lowered her head shyly, feeling emotional. Peter squeezed her hand gently, his grip warm and reassuring.
George looked at Peter, saying nothing. He didn’t need to—one look was enough. Peter’s unwavering gaze made it clear: he would protect Gwen with everything he had.
[The streets of New York bustled with people enjoying their day—some eating lunch, others reading newspapers. Suddenly, a man sprinted past them in a panic, catching their attention.]
[People turned to look, curiosity piqued. Store employees leaned out of windows, and pedestrians stopped mid-step to see what was happening.]
[Then, a deafening crash. A massive, armored figure burst through the reinforced concrete wall of a bank. Bills scattered behind him, fluttering like green leaves in the wind.]
[In his room, Peter sat on his bed, the Spider-Man mask in his hands. He thought of Uncle Ben’s words, of Gwen’s speech… His grip tightened. His eyes, once filled with doubt, hardened with determination.]
[Meanwhile, in the heart of the city, Aleksei Sytsevich hurled a car to the side, sending it crashing onto the pavement. Pedestrians screamed, scrambling to escape. His enormous Rhino armor thudded heavily with each step, the ground cracking beneath him. Panic erupted in every direction.]
["Move! Get out of here, now!" New York police officers rushed to evacuate civilians.]
[Vehicles were overturned as Aleksei rampaged through the streets. The police opened fire, but the bullets merely bounced off his thick armor, leaving no trace.]
[Snarling, Aleksei activated the Rhino suit’s mounted machine guns, unleashing a hail of bullets at the police. A patrol car was instantly torn apart, riddled with holes.]
[Officers dove for cover as their squad cars ignited into flames.]
[A helicopter hovered above, capturing the chaotic scene. "I’m reporting live from Park Avenue and 56th Street! A massive attack is underway—an individual in advanced armor is wreaking havoc! The city is in turmoil!"]
[A crowd had gathered, drawn by the commotion. Among them was a little boy, George, clinging to his mother’s hand. He stared at the destruction, eyes wide with hope.]
[He whispered under his breath, "Come on, Spider-Man… Please show up."]
[Aleksei lifted the metal plating on his helmet, revealing a twisted grin. He sneered at the police, his voice booming.]
["I am the Rhino! I told you—I would be back!"]
Elsewhere, in a small town in Mexico, Aleksei Sytsevich sat at a worn-down bar, his face dark with frustration. He took a long drink, trying to ignore the eyes on him.
The locals had seen the broadcast. They were murmuring, chuckling, exchanging glances.
One particularly large, muscular man stepped forward, smirking. "So… you’re the Rhino, huh?" His thick accent only made the mockery more obvious. The group behind him burst into laughter.
Aleksei clenched his fists, veins bulging on his temple. He had barely escaped U.S. authorities after his last failed heist, only to end up in this mess again.
And now, thanks to that damn screen, everyone knew exactly who he was.
As the group surrounded him, their laughter ringing in his ears, Aleksei let out a furious roar.
And then, the brawl began.
Chapter 192: The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - The End
[The police weren’t about to let Aleksei’s moment of arrogance go to waste. The moment he exposed himself, officers immediately opened fire again. Realizing his mistake, Aleksei quickly dropped his hood back into place.]
[He wasn’t here to die—just to show off. He retaliated with heavy firepower, forcing the police into cover. Suppressed by his relentless assault, the officers found themselves unable to return fire.]
[Meanwhile, the little boy George, watching from behind the police barricade, suddenly crouched down and crawled through a gap beneath the railing. The moment his mother noticed, she screamed in horror, "No! Stop! Come back!"]
[Desperately, she tried to climb over the railing, but a police officer held her back while another rushed forward, attempting to intercept the boy before he got too close to Aleksei.]
[The commanding officer quickly assessed the situation and shouted, "Cease fire! Hold your fire! There’s a civilian in the line of fire!"]
[The little boy ran out into the open, drawing gasps from onlookers. The police commander immediately relayed new orders: "Team Two, lift the alert! Do not fire—there’s a civilian in the area!"]
[Aleksei also noticed the child. He stopped shooting and raised his armored head, tilting it slightly as he examined the boy curiously.]
[The child was dressed in a makeshift Spider-Man costume, holding a replica mask in his small hands. A nearby officer tried to rush forward to grab him.]
["Kid! You need to—" Before he could finish, Aleksei fired again, forcing the officer to retreat and take cover. At the same time, Aleksei laughed, amused by the child’s actions.]
["Look, New York! Spider-Man is back!" Aleksei taunted, watching as the boy unintentionally mocked everyone around him.]
["Let him go! That’s my son! Please, someone help him!" The boy’s mother was on the verge of collapse, but two officers held her back, preventing her from making any rash moves.]
[The boy trembled slightly but gathered his courage. Slowly, he pulled his mask over his head, standing firm despite the fear in his eyes.]
[Aleksei smirked, nodding approvingly. "Brave boy, huh? Are you scared of Aleksei, little one?"]
[The child didn’t answer. He simply clenched his fists and stared at Aleksei, refusing to back down. Aleksei chuckled and began walking toward him, his massive Rhino armor shaking the ground with every step.]
[At that moment, the gathered crowd gasped and looked up. Even the police officers wore surprised expressions.]
[Aleksei's smug grin faltered. His eyes darted upward, just as the sound of a web shooter hissing through the air reached his ears.]
[Aleksei turned, his gaze locking onto an all-too-familiar figure landing gracefully behind the boy.]
["Hey, Spider-Man!" The little boy turned in excitement, his eyes lighting up as he saw Peter standing there. He lifted his mask slightly, grinning in disbelief. "I knew you’d come back!"]
["That’s right, kid," Peter said warmly. "And thanks for standing up for me. You’re the bravest kid I’ve ever met." He crouched down, looking him in the eye. "But now, let me take care of this mess. You go find your mom, alright?"]
[The boy nodded eagerly. Peter extended his fist, and the boy bumped it with his own. "Alright! Get outta here! Go! Go!"]
[The boy immediately turned and ran. A nearby officer scooped him up and rushed him back to his frantic mother, who pulled him into a tight embrace, tears streaming down her face.]
[The onlookers erupted into applause and cheers. New York’s hero had returned.]
[Peter leaped onto the hood of a police car, and one of the officers handed him a megaphone.]
[Aleksei growled, his previous amusement replaced with pure rage. "You wanna fight me?! Right now?!"]
[Standing confidently, Peter smirked and spoke into the megaphone. "On behalf of the good citizens of New York and the real rhinos of the world, I formally request that you raise your paws and surrender!"]
["NEVER!!! I will crush you!!! Kill you!!! Destroy you!!!" Aleksei roared, slamming the ground with his armored fists in a furious rage.]
["Oh? So, you want me to come down there and let you squash me?" Peter teased.]
["YES!" Aleksei barked, motioning aggressively.]
[Peter sighed dramatically. "Well, guess there’s no place like home." He tossed the megaphone back to the officer and turned to face Aleksei directly.]
[Aleksei, knowing he couldn’t afford to underestimate Spider-Man, immediately went all-in. He fully armed himself, equipping his rhino horn attachment, and charged at full speed, missiles launching from his shoulders.]
[Peter swiftly flipped into the air, grabbed a manhole cover, and hurled it at the incoming missiles. The explosion lit up the street, but Peter remained unharmed, somersaulting gracefully above the chaos.]
[In mid-air, he fired a web to retrieve the manhole cover, then swung it around and used it to knock the remaining two missiles off course. With a final spin, he sent the cover hurtling toward Aleksei...]
As the screen froze on that moment, Tony Stark frowned. "That’s it? That’s where it ends? No follow-up? What happens to Aleksei?"
Rhodey shrugged. "Don’t look at me, I have no idea."
The screen remained unresponsive to Tony’s questions. With no immediate answers, he had no choice but to suppress his growing impatience. What he didn’t realize was that The Amazing Spider-Man’s story had ended there.
Still, something caught Tony’s eye. He rewound the footage, focusing on Aleksei’s Rhino armor and the equipment in the special project rooms controlled by Oscorp. His eyes narrowed.
"Banner! Come take a look at this," Tony called. "Tell me if that doesn’t look exactly like the octopus tentacle Dr. Otto used before." He pointed at another piece of tech. "And that wing over there—looks familiar, doesn’t it?"
Bruce Banner walked over, examining the images. After a brief pause, he nodded. "Yeah. That’s definitely the same tentacle design Otto used. I wonder if their universe has an Otto Octavius."
"Maybe," Tony muttered. "But that’s a problem for second-gen Peter Parker to deal with."
He continued analyzing the Rhino armor via holographic projection, breaking it down piece by piece.
"Eh. Not impressive," Tony concluded after a few moments. "This is just basic tech. Nothing special." He shrugged, unimpressed. "Honestly, it’s about as primitive as the Iron Monger suit I built ages ago."
Bruce smirked. "Not everyone can be you, Tony."
Tony grinned smugly. "Exactly! Not everyone gets to be the Tony Stark."
Rhodey rolled his eyes. Here we go again.
Meanwhile, in Mexico, Aleksei wasn’t having the best time.
After an intense brawl, he was tossed, bruised and battered, onto the steps of the local police station by a group of burly Mexican men. News of his capture spread quickly. The Mexican government wasted no time in processing his deportation back to the United States.
Back in New York, little George’s mother pulled him into another tight embrace, her face still pale with fear. She scolded him harshly, her voice trembling.
"Never do something so dangerous again! Do you understand me?!" she snapped. "If you ever pull a stunt like that again, you won’t just be facing the bad guys—you’ll be facing me!"
The little boy gulped. Facing off against Aleksei had been one thing… but his mother’s wrath?
Now that was truly terrifying.
Chapter 193: The Third Spider-man
As The Amazing Spider-Man 2 concluded, Peter, who had remained inactive for some time, finally took action. His new goal: to track down Gustav Fiers, the mastermind pulling the strings from the shadows.
Despite Oscorp Industries still being in turmoil, Harry chose to help Peter, using the company’s AI systems to investigate potential secret bases linked to the mysterious "Gentleman" and uncover any connections he had with McCann.
Meanwhile, McCann, who had seen Gustav Fiers partially exposed on The Screen, felt his last hope crumbling. Initially, he had believed that his associate might still be able to rescue him, given their past cooperation.
But seeing that even the Gentleman couldn’t protect himself, McCann realized he was out of options. Without hesitation, he decided to betray Fiers, revealing everything he knew to the FBI in exchange for leniency.
He also hoped to avoid physical torture, as the FBI—having failed to capture Fiers for several days—was growing increasingly impatient.
The public, too, was demanding swift justice, insisting that Fiers be captured before he could cause more harm. As long as such a dangerous and ambitious man remained at large, fear would continue to grip the people.
Under intense public pressure, McCann knew that staying silent would only lead to a harsher punishment. While he had initially counted on his influential status to protect him, the FBI harbored deep resentment toward him—especially after the Rajit incident.
Had it not been for concerns about public backlash and the possibility of being accused of coercing a confession through torture, McCann likely wouldn’t have remained unharmed for this long.
With McCann’s full surrender, the Gentleman’s identity was completely exposed. The FBI, using information provided by George Stacy, made an official announcement. Soon after, Oscorp Industries found itself under siege.
With Fiers missing, law enforcement officially declared him a fugitive. At the same time, numerous illegal experiments and unethical research projects were discovered within his company, sending Oscorp into free fall.
Its stock price plummeted for several consecutive days, while employees lived in constant anxiety, knowing that at any moment, they could be taken away by the FBI for questioning.
At the same time, Aleksei Sytsevich was deported from Mexico back to the United States, where he was immediately taken into FBI custody and transferred to a highly secure prison. Given the level of danger he posed, authorities placed him in a facility not far from New York—ensuring that, even if he managed to escape again, Spider-Man and his allies could quickly apprehend him.
Meanwhile, citizens expressed growing concerns over the advanced weaponry and technology stored within Oscorp Industries. Many feared that another power-hungry villain could exploit these assets, just as Fiers had attempted to do.
In response, Harry Osborn publicly assured everyone that security measures for Oscorp’s special projects would be significantly reinforced. He vowed that under no circumstances would this technology fall into the wrong hands.
Peter and Gwen also stepped forward to support Harry, and given the trust the public had in Spider-Man, tensions began to ease. Over the next two weeks, the controversy gradually died down.
After more than ten days of evasion, Gustav Fiers was finally apprehended at a hidden location in New York. With no superhuman abilities to rely on, he had little choice but to surrender the moment he found himself staring down the barrels of FBI firearms.
His grand ambitions had been crushed before they could even fully take shape. Perhaps, in his final moments of freedom, he wondered if his greed had ultimately led to his downfall.
With Fiers in custody, the director of the FBI’s New York branch held a press conference, officially addressing the crimes committed by McCann and Fiers, as well as the silencing of Connors. The long and twisted conspiracy was finally exposed to the world.
For Peter, meeting McCann also meant learning the full truth about his parents. But in the end, the past could not be undone—Richard and Mary Parker were gone, and no amount of revelations could bring them back.
As the dust settled, three months passed. And then, once again, The Screen activated.
[“Hello, everyone! We’ve seen the stories of the first-generation and second-generation Peter Parker. Now, it’s time to witness the tale of the third-generation Spider-Man! But before we dive into his journey, we must first understand some other key figures.”]
"Huh? We’re jumping straight to the third generation?" Tony Stark frowned. "That’s it? That’s how the second generation’s story ends? What about the mysterious mastermind? What happened to Aleksei and Harry?"
The first and second-generation Spider-Men also looked at The Screen in confusion. They had expected more closure, yet the broadcast had suddenly shifted focus.
"Hey! What’s going on?!" Tony shouted. "Why are we skipping ahead? And who are these 'other key figures'?"
But The Screen paid no attention to their protests and continued narrating:
[“You all need to know, the different that make this one different from the first-generation Spider-Man and the second-generation Spider-Man… and that is the third generation Spider-Man has a father—Iron Man!!!”]
Tony Stark’s jaw dropped. "…Excuse me?!"
The entire room went silent.
[“Unlike the first and second generations, the third-generation Spider-Man’s abilities are more balanced. However, what sets him apart isn’t just his physical prowess, but his remarkable scientific genius!”]
[“Thanks to the advanced technology inherited from Tony Stark, even if he doesn’t fully develop his abilities, he remains a formidable fighter!”]
[“However, because he has so many brilliant minds around him, he often looks to others for solutions rather than relying on his own instincts. He has grown overly dependent on external help, which has, at times, hindered the full potential of his own abilities. In fact, even his Spider-Sense has been known to fail at crucial moments!”]
Tony blinked. "Wait—what?! Are we talking about me?!" He spread his hands, looking at The Screen in disbelief.
Meanwhile, at S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury’s eyes widened in shock. Without wasting a second, he grabbed his phone and dialed Tony.
"Stark," Fury’s voice came through, deadly serious. "Why the hell am I just now hearing about the fact that you have a son?!"
Tony, equally baffled, stared at his phone before putting it on speaker. "Fury, I swear, if I had a kid, I’d know about it! This has to be a mistake!"
But then, doubt crept into his mind. The Screen had never been wrong before. If it was saying this, then… could it actually be true?
At that moment, Pepper Potts, standing nearby, turned around and stormed off, her expression ice cold.
"Pep! Wait! Listen, I really didn’t know about this!" Tony quickly hung up on Fury and rushed after her. "I swear, I have no idea where this is coming from!"
But Pepper wasn’t having it. The very idea that Tony might have a secret son—possibly one she didn’t give birth to—had pushed her anger to the maximum.
As she fumed, Tony clung to her hand, refusing to let her leave. After an exhausting series of explanations and reassurances, she finally began to calm down—though she was far from happy.
Meanwhile, the revelation sent shockwaves throughout the world.
"Iron Man? That Tony Stark? The man who stands toe-to-toe with gods?" Countless people stared at The Screen in disbelief.
According to the previous Spider-Men’s stories, the third generation should also be named Peter Parker. So how did Tony Stark suddenly become his father?
Why wasn’t he named Peter Stark? Was he adopted?
Or… was there another secret behind all of this?
Chapter 194: Spider-Man and Tony
In the main universe of the MCU, Aunt May’s expression shifted drastically. She had always known that her little nephew, Peter Parker, was destined to become Spider-Man, but right now, he was only ten years old—several years away from the events playing out on The Screen.
And yet, The Screen had just exposed his identity to the world.
How was she supposed to protect him now?
Adding to her confusion was an even bigger revelation—Tony Stark was being referred to as Peter’s father.
That didn’t make any sense. Aunt May knew for certain that Peter Parker was not Tony Stark’s biological son.
She was well aware of Iron Man’s reputation. But how did Tony factor into Peter’s future? Could it be that, in the years to come, Tony somehow took Peter under his wing? Had he adopted him? Or had he become Peter’s godfather?
For a moment, Aunt May felt overwhelmed, a storm of questions swirling in her mind.
[“Tony Stark and Spider-Man Peter Parker have shared an unbreakable bond for a long time. The first time Tony saw Spider-Man was at the Stark Expo.”]
[As the narration finished, the screen shifted to reveal a little boy wearing an Iron Man mask, holding a toy repulsor cannon in his tiny hands. He bravely stood his ground as an Iron Soldier landed before him, scanning him before pointing its weapon at the child.]
[Before the situation could escalate, Iron Man soared onto the scene, landing right beside the boy. Without hesitation, Tony blasted the Iron Soldier away with a single, precise repulsor shot.]
[“Well done, kid,” Tony praised him before flying off, leaving the little boy watching in awe.]
"Wait… WHAT?!" Tony Stark’s eyes widened in shock. "That kid was Peter Parker?!"
He turned to look at Pepper, completely stunned.
Pepper took several deep breaths, trying to contain her emotions. "Tony…" she said, already sensing the trouble ahead.
"Aunt May! That’s me!" Little Peter Parker pointed at the screen excitedly, practically bouncing on his feet. "I met Iron Man! I met Iron Man!"
Aunt May, however, wasn’t sharing in his excitement. Her expression remained tense as she muttered, "Great. Just great. Big trouble."
Her instincts, screamed that this revelation would bring nothing but problems.
Meanwhile, Tony’s mind was racing. "Jarvis, find this kid for me!"
Realizing that Pepper was still beside him, he quickly cleared his throat, forcing himself to calm down. "I mean… Jarvis, run a discreet background check."
Across the world, countless organizations had begun investigating the identity of the future Spider-Man.
However, the one who reacted the fastest was none other than Nick Fury.
He had already gathered all necessary information.
By the time the little boy’s age was confirmed, Fury knew exactly who he was. However, after a moment of contemplation, he decided to inform Tony Stark first.
While he had originally planned to recruit Spider-Man into his ranks, The Screen had just declared Tony as his father. That changed everything.
Nick Fury had thoroughly investigated Peter Parker’s history—his parents, their past, even the hospital where Mary Parker had given birth to him.
When Tony ordered Jarvis to look into the matter, he was immediately forwarded the classified information sent by Nick Fury.
Without hesitation, Tony suited up and took off for Queens.
[“The first time Tony met the grown-up Spider-Man was right before the Avengers' Civil War. In need of reinforcements, Tony turned to a certain friendly neighborhood hero.”]
[A young man with a backpack and a laptop stepped out of an elevator. He reached into his pocket, pulled out his key, and unlocked the door to his apartment.]
[Completely unaware of the unexpected guest inside, he called out casually, "Hey, Aunt May!" before setting his bag down on the table.]
["Did school go well today?" Aunt May’s voice came from the kitchen.]
["Not bad! Oh, there’s a really fancy car parked outside—" Before he could finish his sentence, he turned his head—and froze.]
[Sitting comfortably on the sofa, halfway through eating a cookie, was none other than Tony Stark.]
["Oh! Mr. Parker!" Tony greeted him with a smile.]
["Ah…" Peter blinked in shock, slowly pulling his earbuds from his ears. He pointed at Tony, mouth hanging open. "What… what are you doing here?!"]
[He was completely overwhelmed. Tony Stark—his idol—was sitting in his living room.]
["I’m Tony," Stark said smoothly, looking completely unbothered.]
["I— I know who you are! But—what are you doing here?"]
["It’s time we meet," Tony said casually, taking another bite of his cookie. "Did you get my email?"]
[Peter’s brain struggled to keep up. "Did I… get it?" He scratched his head. "Yeah… I think?"]
[He clearly had no idea what email Tony was talking about, but Aunt May didn’t know that. She turned to him, curious. "You didn’t tell me anything about an email."]
[Peter forced a laugh. "Oh, well… I just… wanted to surprise you!"]
["Surprise me?" Aunt May raised an eyebrow. "What kind of surprise?"]
[Tony smirked. "Let me clear things up. September Foundation Fund."]
[Peter, still completely lost, quickly nodded along. "Right! That fund!"]
["You applied," Tony continued smoothly. "And I approved it. So, it’s settled."]
[Aunt May, still surprised, glanced between them. "You never told me about this fund."]
["I just… you know, you like surprises! So, I was waiting for the right time to tell you!"] Peter said nervously. Then he frowned. "Wait, what exactly did I apply for?"]
["That’s what I’m here to explain," Tony said, crossing his arms.]
[Peter still looked completely confused, but Tony ignored him. Instead, he turned to Aunt May and flashed one of his signature smirks. "By the way, you… are a very young-looking Aunt."]
[Peter groaned, burying his face in his hands. "Oh my god, please stop."]
[Aunt May, a little embarrassed, waved him off. "Oh, stop it."]
[Tony grabbed another cookie. "These are really good. Did you make them?"]
[Peter, now completely fed up, snapped, "Could you focus for a second?!"]
[Tony glanced at him. "What?"]
["Is this fund about money?" Peter asked skeptically.]
["Obviously," Tony replied. "Come on, kid, look at who you’re talking to."]
[Peter’s eyes widened. "Wow."]
[Tony grinned and leaned back. "Now, let’s talk privately."]
[Aunt May raised an eyebrow but nodded. "Go ahead. Take your time."]
Chapter 195: Spider-Man Debuts
"Oh, this is bad," Aunt May muttered under her breath. Now that The Screen had exposed everything—including Tony Stark’s sudden involvement—things were spiraling out of control.
Meanwhile, Tony Stark, still flying at high speed, squinted at The Screen in utter confusion. "Okay… what the hell is going on?"
There was no blood relation between him and Peter Parker—he was certain of that. So why was the third-generation Spider-Man calling Iron Man his father? And what was up with the scar on his own face in the footage?
And more importantly… what did The Screen mean by “Avenger Civil War”?
As Tony processed these thoughts, Nick Fury was having a similar crisis.
Fury narrowed his eyes, deep in thought. If The Screen was foreshadowing a split within the Avengers, what did that mean for the team’s future? He ran through dozens of possibilities, but without more information, he couldn't make sense of it all.
At the same time, the first and second-generation Spider-Men watched the footage, intrigued by how young this new Spider-Man was.
The first-generation Peter Parker had been on the verge of graduating high school when he became Spider-Man. The second-generation Peter had also finished school shortly after starting his heroic career.
But from Aunt May’s words, this third Spider-Man was barely starting high school—a full three or four years younger than they had been at their debuts.
As the news spread, neighbors began knocking on Aunt May’s door, curious and concerned about this single woman raising a child who was now making headlines across the world.
At the same time, many people started speculating:
What exactly was the Avengers organization?
Inside Peter Parker’s Room
[The scene on The Screen changed. Tony Stark and Peter entered the young Spider-Man’s room. As soon as the door closed, Tony walked straight to the nearby trash can—and immediately spat out the cookie he had been eating.]
[“As far as walnut and red date cookies go… this one is pretty bad,” Tony muttered, causing Peter to give him a weird look.]
[Tony then turned his attention to Peter’s computer and scattered electronics. He raised an eyebrow. "What is this? A second-hand store? Retro tech? Or are you starting a museum?"]
["I picked up some stuff from the trash," Peter responded casually.]
[“Oh, so you're a garbage truck driver now?” Tony’s sarcasm was sharp as ever.]
["Yeah, yeah. Whatever. But let’s get something straight—I definitely never applied for your fund," Peter said, cutting straight to the point.]
[Tony held up a hand, interrupting him. "Hold that thought—let me speak first."]
["Fine."]
["I have a rhetorical question for you," Tony began. He took out his phone and projected a video onto a nearby surface.]
[The footage showed a car thief trying to break into a vehicle—until a blur of red and blue spandex swung down, launched the thief into the pavement, and webbed him up.]
[Peter’s heart skipped a beat, but he immediately denied it. "Ah! No! I—uh—what are you talking about?"]
[But Tony wasn’t buying it. He tilted his phone and played a second video—this time showing a speeding car careening out of control toward a crowded street.]
[The footage zoomed in as Spider-Man suddenly landed in front of the bus and stopped the car with his bare hands.]
["Wow. Great catch!" Tony praised sarcastically. "Forty miles per hour. Three thousand pounds of steel. That’s not bad."]
[Peter, still trying to play it cool, waved a hand dismissively. "Oh, c’mon! These are just some YouTube videos! You really think they're real? It’s all CGI—like those UFO hoaxes, right?"]
[But Tony wasn’t convinced. Instead, he casually glanced upward. His eyes landed on a small hatch in the ceiling.]
[With a knowing smirk, he grabbed a stick and prodded it open—causing a bundle of red-and-blue fabric to fall out.]
["And what do we have here?" Tony said smugly.]
[Peter panicked. In the blink of an eye, he snatched up his homemade suit and stuffed it into his closet.]
[He turned back around, struggling to come up with an excuse. But after a moment, he simply sighed in defeat. "...Okay, yeah."]
[Tony grinned. "So… you’re Spider… what? Spider-Kid? Spider-Boy?"]
["Spider-Man!" Peter corrected, crossing his arms.]
["Oh, sure, yeah. You’re Spider-Man. Wearing this?" Tony held up the suit mockingly. "A onesie?"]
["It’s not a onesie!" Peter huffed, walking over to his computer and plopping down in his chair.]
[Tony, still amused, inspected the homemade suit. "You know, I was actually having a pretty smooth day before this. Took the subway, bought a nice DVD player, aced my algebra test. And then… this."]
[His tone made it clear—Peter’s secret was officially out.]
["Okay, so… who else knows?" Tony asked.]
["No one," Peter answered immediately.]
["Not even your extremely charming Aunt?" Tony smirked.]
[Peter panicked. "NO, NO, NO! She cannot find out! If she knew, she’d lose it! And if she loses it, I’ll lose it!"]
[Tony chuckled, but his eyes wandered to something else. He picked up a small device from Peter’s desk—one that looked suspiciously like a miniature mechanical wristband.]
["Now this is interesting," Tony mused. He tossed it to Peter, who caught it without even looking.]
["Who made this?" Tony asked curiously.]
["Me," Peter said, casually tossing the web shooter back into his closet.]
Watching the footage, the first-generation Spider-Man chuckled. "Hah! Looks like this kid has to rely on web shooters just like the second gen Spider-Man," he said, "Guess I really am special."
Hearing that, first-gen Gwen looked at her Peter. "You know, if you had been more into science instead of photography, you could’ve been an incredible scientist too."
First-gen Peter scratched the back of his head. "Yeah… maybe. But hey, it’s not like I don’t do science. I work with Otto and Dr. Connors all the time now."
And while he still took Spider-Man photos for a living, he also dedicated time to researching and developing new tech.
